卓越人才:董妍涵

董妍涵,女,1987年出生,博士,讲师。

2014年毕业于南京农业大学,同年进入青岛大学转化医学研究院工作。

博士学位期间主要从事微生物与寄主免疫系统互作机制的研究,对稻瘟病菌98-06菌株进行了系统的基因组和转录组测序,并通过生物信息学分析和功能研究挖掘到2个新的效应分子,对于稻瘟病的研究具有重要意义。这一成果以第一作者身份在本领域顶级期刊PLoS Pathogens(影响因子7.562),共发表SCI论文15篇,其中第一作者SCI论文3篇;获得授权国家发明专利2项。2016年入选江苏省百篇优秀博士毕业论文。
