副院长：王栋

王栋，2011年毕业于中国科学院国家纳米科学中心，获博士学位。2011-2018年获Siebel基金会资助在美国加州大学伯克利分校和洛杉矶分校进行博士后研究。2018年加入青岛大学，特聘教授。

本课题组在干细胞生物学和生物医学工程领域有着多年的研究经验，利用国际上最先进的多学科交叉的研究技术，包括转基因动物模型、活体动物单细胞成像技术、高通量测序技术、微加工和器官芯片技术，研究干细胞在组织再生和肿瘤发生过程中的调控机理。同时，我们更加注重临床研究，探索干细胞在再生医学、肿瘤的临床诊断和治疗中的应用。

Prof. Dong Wang graduated from the National Center for Nanoscience and Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2011 with a Ph.D. degree. After that, he was working at the University of California, Berkeley and Los Angeles from 2011 to 2018 as a Postdoctoral Fellow funded by the Siebel Foundation. He joined Qingdao University in 2018 as an associated professor.

Our research group has been focusing on Stem Cell Biology and Biomedical Engineering. We are using state-of-the-art technologies, including transgenic animal models, intravital single-cell imaging, high-throughput sequencing, microfabrication and organ-on-a-chip technologies, to investigate the regulatory mechanisms of stem cells in tissue regeneration and cancer development. At the same time, we put more effort in clinical research to explore the application of stem cells in regenerative medicine, cancer diagnosis and therapy.
