特聘教授：李菁

李菁，青岛大学“特聘教授”，硕士生导师，蛋白质组学研究中心主任。

博士毕业于中国科学院生物物理研究所，致力于基于质谱的蛋白质组方法学研究及其在生物学领域的应用。2012-2014年期间在美国在美国南加州大学Zilkha神经遗传学研究所从事博士后研究，聚焦神经突触信号传导网络在发育过程中的组织结构及其动态变化，相关研究成果发表在Nature Neuroscience和Science Signaling等知名期刊。

于2018年加入青岛大学医学部转化医学研究院，担任研究院蛋白质组学研究中心主任。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目及山东省自然科学基金面上项目。多年来在高水平期刊杂志上发表论文20余篇，论文引用次数超过400次。主要研究方向包括：

1. 与脑发育及精神疾病相关的神经突触蛋白互作网络研究；

2. 突触蛋白在乳腺癌脑转移过程中的作用及机制研究；

3. 衰老相关蛋白翻译后修饰研究；

4. 前列腺癌生物标志物的鉴定、验证及临床转化研究。
