The responsibilities of the Finance Office are the following:

1. The implementation of the financial management system and the institutionalization and standardization of the financial management of the Institute.

2. The budget and final accounts of the office and scientific research funds of the Institute; the supervision and control of the annual expenditures of the Institute.

3. The recording of all order applications of the Institute and supervising prices and quantity.

4. The unified management of the income and expenditure of each project.

5. The review and reimbursement of all expenses of the Institute.

6. The annual financial report on the Institute and  monthly, quarterly, and annual reports of relevant statistics.

7. The financial management, financial guidance, and financial summary of the Institute.

8. The final audit and verification of reimbursement details and project budgets.

9. Be responsible for the financial inspection and internal audit of the court.

10. Complete other tasks assigned by the leadership of the Institute.
