The scientific research affairs office is in charge of the scientific research work of the Institute, including fund project applications and management, award and talent plan applications, patent applications and management, as well as the organization of academic exchange activities, and foreign affairs. The specific responsibilities of this office are as follows:

1. The application and management of funded projects in the hospital, including forwarding notices, preliminary investigations, communication and coordination with superior units, preparing application materials, organizing later defense work, project information statistics, project assessment, and conclusion.

2. Applications and management of awards and talent plans in the hospital, including forwarding notices, preliminary research, communication and coordination with superior units, preparation of application materials, organization of later defense work, and statistics on award information.

3. Patent applications and management, including organization of application, communication and coordination with superior units and patent agencies, and later patent management and patent information statistics.

4. Organization of academic exchange activities, including internal scientific research meetings and academic forums in this field.
