张英彪，博士，青岛大学特聘教授、硕士研究生导师，山东省泰山学者青年专家，山东省海外优青，中国农工民主党成员。2024年入职青岛大学转化医学研究院，现任细胞生长与抗衰老中心主任。2013年获日本东京大学全额奖学金资助，并于2016年取得东京大学计算生物学与医学博士学位。2017年加入美国国立卫生研究院（NIH）儿童健康与人类发育研究所（NICHD），在Mary Lilly教授课题组从事细胞生长调控机制研究。研究成果发表于Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences (PNAS)、 Nucleic Acids Research等国际高水平期刊，并被美国国立卫生研究院“Research Highlight”专题报道。曾担任第60届美国果蝇研究年会（Annual Drosophila Research Conference）分会主席。
近年来，先后获得美国国立卫生研究院杰出研究奖（FARE，2023）、山东省海外优青（2024）、山东省海外科技人才（2024）及山东省泰山学者青年专家（2025）等荣誉称号。
主要研究方向：
GATOR复合体调控细胞生长的分子机制。
限制修饰系统（Restriction–Modification System, R-M）介导的DNA损伤与修复研究。
动脉粥样硬化的分子发病机制。
承担科研项目：
山东省优秀青年科学基金（主持，60万元）；
山东省科技人才项目（主持，20万元）；
特聘教授科研启动经费（主持，15万元）。
课题组欢迎具有生物学、基础医学等相关背景的研究生加入，也欢迎医学工作者及企业科研人员开展合作交流。

Yingbiao Zhang, Ph.D.
Director, Center for Cell Growth and Anti-Aging, Institute of Translational Medicine, Qingdao University
Dr. Yingbiao Zhang is a Professor and Master’s Supervisor at Qingdao University. In 2024, he joined the Institute of Translational Medicine at Qingdao University and serves as the Director of the Center for Cell Growth and Anti-Aging.
Dr. Zhang received a full scholarship from the University of Tokyo in 2013 and obtained his Ph.D. in Computational Biology and Medicine from the University of Tokyo in 2016. In 2017, he joined the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD), National Institutes of Health (NIH), USA, where he conducted research on the molecular mechanisms regulating cell growth in Professor Mary Lilly’s laboratory. His work has been published in high-impact journals such as Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences (PNAS) and Nucleic Acids Research, and was featured in the NIH Research Highlight. He also served as a session chair at the 60th Annual Drosophila Research Conference.
Dr. Zhang has received several honors and awards, including the NIH Fellows Award for Research Excellence (FARE Award, 2023).
The laboratory welcomes graduate students with backgrounds in biology or basic medicine, as well as collaborations with clinicians and industrial researchers interested in translational medical research.
